For bookings that are strictly for an event (no overnight stay), we can do a direct booking, or you can use Peerspace or Swimply.  For overnight stays, we can do a direct booking, or you can book through Air BnB, or VRBO.  

Please note: Air BnB, VRBO, Peerspace and Swimply are all strictly geared toward their individual booking type.  If you are looking to do a booking that combines an event with an overnight, we will need to discuss the best way to accomodate your needs.  

The best way to save money is to reach out to me for a direct booking.  By doing a direct booking we can save you from paying the extra fees of the booking platforms.

We do not have a full kitchen.  We have a full sized refrigerator/ freezer, water dispenser, microwave, toaster, keurig and large toaster oven available for your use as well as the Grill and Brick Pizza Oven in the backyard.

We have hosted so many different types of events, but some of the most popular have been Birthday Parties (kids and adults!), Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Bridal Showers, Bachelor/ Bachelorette Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Receptions, Retirement Parties, and lots of good old fashioned Family Cookouts! 

Absolutely!  Many people opt to book an overnight in conjunction with their event booking to allow for extra set up/ clean up time.  

It is important to note that none of the booking platforms allow both overnights and an event.  If this is what you are looking to do, please contact me so that we can work together to make sure your booking fits your needs.

Our tiered pricing is based on your guest count at an hourly rate.  Reach out for a quote customized for your needs.

We allow 80 guests on site for the duration of your event.  If you book extra set up/ tear down time, a maximum of 6 guests are allowed during that time to help with your set up or clean up.  If you are looking to host a larger party, please reach out!  We can accomodate more on a special approval basis.

We have parking for 30-40 cars on our property.  When hosting a larger event (50+ guests) we will provide you with a parking map to help direct your guests so that you can maximize the space we have.  There is plenty of space up and down our road for additional parking as well.

You are more than welcome to bring in your own food and alcohol.  Alcohol is permitted to be consumed legally (no underage or excessive drinking) and responsibly.  Absolutely no glass bottles or containers by the pool for the safety of all guests.

The event space is our Backyard, Pool and Guest House with Game Room.  We have curtains and shades on the backside of our home that we close to provide complete privacy for the duration of your booking.  Our backyard is very private.

While our neighbors are a bit spread out, we always want to respect the quiet of the rural area we live in.  Music is allowed at a reasonable noise level until 9:00pm.  Quiet hours begin at 10pm at which time we ask that your guests have cleared out and noise is kept to a minimum.

We have beds for 6 overnight guest.  If you wish to have more than 6, please reach out to me so we can discuss if we can make an exception to our max guest capacity.

When you book Desert Oasis Hideaway, the backyard, pool and Guest House/ Game Room are exclusively yours to enjoy.
